We are currently seeking an Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, customization, and implementation of tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
• Customize Dynamics 365 applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, and Marketing modules.
• Develop and integrate plugins, workflows, and custom entities to enhance CRM/ERP functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and provide post-implementation support.
• Work with clients to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 issues and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (5+ years) working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, including custom workflows, entities, plugins, forms, and views.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, and integration of third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
